Firelands Hardware is a family owned and operated company that's been in business since 2000. The company was founded and built by John Bockert and his wife Paulette using their experience and knowledge as leading professionals in the commercial hardware industry to get Firelands Hardware up and running.

Since 2021, two of John and Paulette's children have taken over the leadership roles in the company. Mason Bockert brings his engineering expertise and skills, vetting and designing new products as well as being crucial to the operations and manufacturing process. While Ellie Augsburger is our creative lead and keeps things organized behind the scenes doing the administrative work while also providing stellar customer support.

Working mostly with commercial hardware, we've been importing high quality hinges, locksets, and door closers from the start. We've grown our catalog to include thresholds, weatherstripping, door sweeps, and more: all made in the USA, right in our very own warehouse in Monroeville, Ohio.
